A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Bill is a multi generational resident of the greater Oneonta area where he resides with his wife and four children.  He has been a board member and past chair of the KBCNY BOD since the ministries beginning.  His professional career has been in both the defense and utility sectors where he continues to work.  Bill has been a lifelong believer and has fellowshipped in area churches, and is currently attending the Unatego Community Church in Otego.
