Kingdom Builders of Central NY Board member is a lifelong resident of the greater Oneonta community. After attending State University College at Oneonta, he has been employed in the electric utility industry for 36 years. Beginning as a laborer then working up to Regional Manager of Operations and overseeing major overhead electric construction projects for New York and Maine, he brings that experience to this board. He has served as member and Chair of the City of Oneonta Electrical Licensing Board. Bill has construction and carpentry experience from his home projects and part time employment/assistance throughout his careers. He currently serves as lead trustee at his local church which actively serves the community by operating and managing the town food bank.
