Kingdom Builders of CNY board member has 16 years of experience working in Human Resources primarily in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HRIS and compliance.  She was fortunate to be a Research Fellow with The Engagement Institute a research community consisting of cross-industry leaders who partner and work collaboratively to shape how organizations understand and foster engagement. She enjoys volunteering time in the local community and has a passion for supporting those specifically in active recovery. She currently serves as Board Chair for the Missions Committee with MSBC. She is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a dual degree in Food Administration and Restaurant Management.
