Before going into ministry, Pastor Frank earned a degree in Electrical Construction and
Maintenance at Delhi Tech. He worked the construction field for 15 years and then went into
full-time ministry. He has been ordained since 1988 and has served as Senior Pastor at Word
of Faith Christian Family Center since 1995. He earned a master’s degree in sacred studies
through Christian Life School of Theology.
Part of the church vision at Word of Faith is reaching out to people here, as well as to other
nations. Pastor Frank has always had a heart for missions and has been on many missions
trips to the Domican Republic, Spain, Philippines, Nicaragua and Haiti.
He also serves as the NY State director of Maranatha Ministerial Fellowship International and
has been on that board since 2010.
He is excited to be a part of Kingdom Builders and be involved in some regional mission work.
